Do you do family discount?
Yes if family members sign up together they get a 10% discount to their membership.
Are there any gear requirements/uniform policies for each martial art?
If you are on a 3 day trial we can supply you gloves and shin pads to borrow for Muay Thai however after your trial we suggest to buy your own gear for hygiene purposes. We have gear at our Pro shop that are reasonably priced. For Gi BJJ which is two days a week you will need a Gi, we also sell them in our Pro Shop.
How do I join the pro/ammy fight team?
We have trials 4 times a year for our amateur team. If you have experience and want to come join the pro team it will be a case of a week trial.
Is there Classes for beginners?
For Muay Thai we have 3 classes a week for straight beginners. For BJJ we have all levels work together and our coaches do a great job and putting more experienced members with beginners to help them along in learning techniques.
